Refund Eligibility: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Refunds are available within 14 days of project initiation if no development work has commenced. Once development begins, refunds are prorated based on completed work.
Dispute Resolution: We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Please contact us directly at m.zoratto@seznam.cz to discuss any concerns. For unresolved disputes, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Quality Guarantee: We guarantee our work meets industry standards and project specifications. Any issues will be addressed promptly at no additional cost in accordance with Czech Civil Code.
Client Cancellation: Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of completed work up to the cancellation date.
Milestone-Based Billing: For ongoing projects, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current milestone. No penalties apply for cancellations with proper notice.
Emergency Cancellation: In case of unforeseen circumstances, immediate cancellation is possible with mutual agreement on compensation for work completed.
Compliance: All services are provided in compliance with Czech Republic and European Union laws. We do not provide services for illegal activities or businesses operating in violation of applicable laws.
Export Restrictions: Our services comply with EU export control regulations and Czech trade laws. We adhere to EU sanctions and export restrictions as applicable.
Intellectual Property: All custom development work becomes the client's property upon full payment. We retain rights to general methodologies and non-proprietary code libraries in accordance with Czech Copyright Act.
Data Protection: We fully comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Czech Data Protection Act. Personal data is processed lawfully and transparently with appropriate security measures.
VAT & Tax Compliance: All services are subject to Czech VAT where applicable. VAT registration number available upon request.
